The monthly plan covers the selected laptop and managed IT service. This reduces the need to buy hardware from one supplier, Microsoft licences from another and support from a third.

Current devices use Windows 11 Pro and are selected for professional workloads ranging from Microsoft 365 and browser-based applications through to workstation-class design and engineering tasks.

Terms of 3, 6, 12 and 24 months make the service suitable for permanent staff, contractors, project teams and temporary increases in headcount.
Support remains available after delivery
A subscription is only useful if the employee can get help. Silver and Gold provide a defined support route Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with Gold adding onsite support, priority handling and proactive reviews.

Is a business laptop subscription the same as buying on finance?
No. Under the current 39D offer the equipment remains rental equipment and must be returned unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.
Can we subscribe for only three months?
